Maintenance Window: Start: 10/12/2025 22:00 AEST End: 11/12/2025 02:00 AEST Expected Downtime: Up to 30 minutes
Affected Services: -The Telair website -The customer portal -CPanel -A subset of customer virtual servers
Affected customers will also receive an email detailing the specific impacted services.
